Corporate Social Responsibility

People, safety, and integrity at the center of every contract.

Since 1999, FSMENA has built its facilities management and business process outsourcing operations on a simple premise: the way we treat our workforce and the communities we operate in is inseparable from the quality of service we deliver.

Our Approach

Responsibility built into how we operate, not bolted on after.

Our aim is to continuously achieve improvements across four CSR areas — Environment, Society, Stakeholders, and Ethical Conducts. Because most of our people work on-site at client facilities across the region, these commitments are practical and operational, not symbolic gestures.

01

Certified management systems

Every hub operates under ISO 9001:2015 (quality) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health & safety), independently audited on a recurring cycle.

02

Local-first employment

Field teams in Cairo, Amman, and Dubai are recruited and trained locally, keeping employment and skills development inside the communities we serve.

03

Standards that travel with the contract

The same safety, conduct, and quality standards apply whether a team is on a banking floor, a hospital site, or a logistics hub.

Our Pillars

Four commitments that shape daily operations

These aren't standalone initiatives — they're the operating standards our field teams and account managers work under every day, across every sector we serve.

Environment

We recognize that delivering our facilities and business process projects can carry direct and indirect environmental impacts. We work to identify those impacts and find effective ways to eliminate or reduce them — supporting sustainable development and helping the communities we serve meet today's needs without compromising tomorrow's.

Impact assessment Sustainable development

Society

We're committed to enhancing quality of life in the communities where we operate. That includes creating opportunities for graduates and fresh graduates through internship and graduate programs at our head offices, as well as roles placed with client organizations.

Stakeholders

We're committed to our employees, providing a safe workplace free from discrimination, harassment, or victimization of any kind — backed by our ISO 45001:2018 occupational health & safety certification.

Ethical Conducts

We're committed to our clients' and suppliers' line of business, maintaining professional work continuity with integrity and respect — governed by the same quality management standards audited under ISO 9001:2015.

In Practice

How these commitments reach the field

1

Certify

Management systems are certified and re-audited against ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 on a recurring schedule.

2

Train

Every field professional completes safety and role-specific training before deployment, with refreshers built into the contract cycle.

3

Monitor

Site supervisors and account managers track safety incidents, compliance checks, and workforce welfare indicators continuously.

4

Report

Findings feed back into client reviews and internal audits, closing the loop between what we commit to and what happens on-site.

Independently certified, not self-declared

Our health, safety, and quality commitments are backed by third-party certification — audited on a recurring cycle across every hub we operate.
